Meredith Grubbs teaches Vinyasa and Yin yoga with an emphasis on alignment. She has been practicing yoga since 2013 and began teaching in 2017. She is a 200-RYT with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Ra Yoga Studios in 2017 and also holds a Yin Yoga certification. Throughout her journey, she has been influenced by many yoga styles, including Restorative, Bikram, Dharma, Power and Rocket. Her classes bring together a combination of asanas, pranayama, meditation and sound healing.
Meredith's mission is to make yoga more accessible to everyone and help people find the connection to their inner Self (with a capital S.) She believes that yoga is about finding peace within yourself, and that everyone has the ability to find this peace. Practicing in a hot room can be really cleansing, but you also don't need to break a sweat to find this inner connection.
Meredith's personal journey to connect deeper with her Self involves a focus on confidence, consciousness and camaraderie. These concepts are often explored during her classes.
